The Buffalo Sabres recorded their second consecutive shutout versus the New Jersey Devils. Ryan Miller started in net again and turned away all 24 shots faced. Jason Pominville scored the game winning goal in the first period on a two-man advantage and Kaleta scored his first goal of the season in the third to help seal the deal.
